Contract & Rebate Specialist

Position Summary

This position works with distributors regarding contracts and rebates; will establish working relationships with dealers and vendors. Processes NDC rebate requests, for both internal special NDC pricing and rebates for end-user sales through NDC Dealers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete rebate dispute process and complete rebate request analysis for assigned vendors
• Reconcile rebate requests and rebates given for major customer accounts
• Complete new customer set up requirements
• Maintain contracts and perform rebate process for assigned vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Customer Service attitude
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (for example VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros)
• Able to navigate ambiguous situations
• Ability to work in Nashville (this position is HYBRID) 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of healthcare contracting and rebating
