In these meetings, you'll become acquainted with your future leader and teammates. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the prime directive of the role and how you will make an impact on the business.
You'll also have in depth conversations diving deeper into your experience, competencies you can leverage to add value, and development opportunities. You can expect questions with regard to your technical and functional expertise here.
You've made it to the final interview! During this stage, you'll have informal conversations with senior leadership to gain a detailed understanding of our company's direction and culture. You should leave this meeting confident that you have all of the information you need to make an educated decision if you receive an offer of employment.
After your final conversations, you'll have a call with the same recruiter who has partnered with you through each step. They'll seek to gather your feedback, address any concerns, and make sure all of your questions are answered.
