Warehouse Clerk - Picker (2nd shift)

Job Title: Warehouse Clerk - Picker

Location: LaVergne, TN 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Shift begins at 4pm or 6pm 

(Work on Saturdays occasionally) 

Position Summary

This position performs an array of functions that may include picking and filling orders from stock, packing orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and/or quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be fully trained and have experience using a cherry picker, will be expected to use such equipment 100% of the work time, or as directed.

• Will use an RF gun and other tools to ensure proper tracking.

• Stacking and restacking of products is required.

• Occasionally may have to manually operate a pallet jack to move heavy products.

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat

• Flexibility in hours and job duties is required.

• HIPAA - All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health information.

Required Skills and Experience

• RF Gun Experience
• Cherry Picker/Dock stocker certification desired.
• A background in LEAN processing, continuous improvement and or 5S is desired.
• Computer experience a strong plus
• Good work history

Physical Requirements

This position has the following physical requirements: repetitive lift up to 50 pounds, with a range from the cherry picker’s platform level to above shoulder height; extensive driving-operating of the machine and standing on the cherry picker’s platform for the entire shift; free range of motion including twisting, bending, stooping, including climbing or stepping onto the racks to retrieve products from the back rows.
